1. Nigam/ Company Name: Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd., Lucknow – Director (Distribution)
i. Minimum Qualification: B. Tech. or equivalent in Electrical [Mechanical / Telecommunication/ Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering /lndustrial & Production Engineering. (MBA will be an added advantage)
ii. Pay Scale: Rs. 182200-224100 with annual increment as per Pay Matrix Level-15.
iii. Minimum Experience: For the post of Director (Distn.). UPPCL- Internal candidates, either in service or retired must have served as regular Chief Engineer (Level-II) or Those regular Superintending Engineers who have completed atleast 03 years of service on the post of regular Superintending Engineer and atleast 07 years of total service on Group-A posts, while others should have at least 15 years of experience at senior management level as on the date of submission of the application. Candidates should have experience, skills & knowledge in respective field preferably in power sector.

i. Minimum Qualification: BE/B.Tech./ME/M.TCCh/ MBA (Out of which at least one of the qualification should be in the area of Information Technology / Computer Science.)
ii. Pay Scale: Total cost to company of INR 40 lakhs, inclusive of all benefits and allowances For applicants from UPPCL: 182200-224100 With annual increment as per pay Matrix Level-15 For applicants from other Central/ State Govt undertakings: INR 182200-224100 With annual increment as per Pay Matrix Level-IS
iii. Minimum Experience: (b) For applicants from UPPCL: Applicant should be a currently serving officer at the rank of regular Superintending Engineer or above, however regular Chief Engineers will be preferred. There should have been no cases of misconduct or award of major punishment in the last three years against him/her. Minimum IT experience of 06 years is required. (c) For applicants from other Central/state Govt. undertaking. Applicant should be currently serving as a General Manager or above with minimum work experience of 15 years out of which 10 years should be in IT. Power sector experience would be mandatory.

i. Minimum Qualification: C.A./l.C.W.A./M.B.m (Finance)
ii. Pay Scale: 182200-224100 with annual increment as per Pay Matrix Level-15.
iii. Minimum Experience: i. For the post of Director (Finance). UPPTCL  Internal candidates, either in service or retired must have served as regular General Manager of Accounts Wing for at least one year.
ii. For others should have at least 15 years of experience at senior management level as on the date of submission of the application. The candidates should have knowledge and experience in the field Of applied economics, accountancy & financial management preferably in power sectors.

i. Minimum Qualification: B. Tech. or equivalent in Electrical [Mechanical / Telecommunication/ Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering /lndustrial & Production Engineering. (MBA will be an added advantage)
ii. Pay Scale: 182200-224100 with annual increment as per Pay Matrix Level-15.
iii. Minimum Experience: For the post of Director (SLDC). UPPTCL- Internal candidates, either in service or retired must have served as regular Chief Engineer (Level-II) while others should have at least 15 years of experience at senior management level as on the date of submission of the application. Candidates should have knowledge Of real time operation for grid control and dispatch Of electricity, keeping accounts of the electricity transmitted through the state grid and carry out optimum schedule and dispatch of electricity.
