The appointment for a faculty position is a regular appointment with a probation period of three years. Remuneration is based on the recommendations of the 7 th Pay Commission.
1. Assistant Professor positions in the following Areas: Production Operations Management & QT, Strategic Management, Accounting & Finance
2. Designation: Assistant Professor
3. Eligibility Conditions: Ph. D with first class or equivalent (in grade or points) in the preceding degree with a very good academic record. A post-Ph.D experience in teaching/research will be preferred. Must have demonstrated potential for the scholarship with scholarly writings with at least one published research paper in the ABDC-A ranking journal.
4. Every faculty member is expected to have a portfolio of engagements, including teaching, training, research, consulting, and academic administration. There is a provision of sharing from the consulting income of the Institute. IRMA offers an attractive salary and other benefits.
