1. “No objection certificate” from the present employer, in case the candidate is in employed elsewhere, is to be submitted by hirn/her.
2. Experience certificate, if any, is to be submitted. The above position is purely temporary and will be filled up on contract basis.
3. The service of the appointed/engaged candidate will be terminated automatically if work not found satisfactory/or after the expiry of the project or on completion of period of engagement indicated in the offer, whichever is earlier and the candidate will not have any legal right, whatsoever, for further absorption/re-employment in concerned project/IIFSR/ICAR.
4. NO TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview/interaction/ video conference/ test etc. I
5. The leave and other benefits will be governed as per existing norms of the [CAR. The Director’s decision will be final and binding in all respects. No interim enquiries will be entertained.
6. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the position.
7. The candidates must bring with them, all the original certificates for verification as and when needed. They should submit a brief bio-data (along with the attested photocopies of testimonial/ certificates).
