1. Position: Posts of Mines Officer

2. No of Posts: 03 (Three)

3. Old Pay Scale15,600-39-100/- Grade pay- 5400/-, New Pay ScaleMatrix Level-10 – 56,100/- 1,77,500/-,

4. Essential Qualification: Degree in Mining Engineering from a university established by law in India or Three years Diploma in Mining Engineering from recognised institution with at least one year experience in supervising mining operation and two years experience in dealing with mineral concession work

5. Preferential Qualification- A Candidate, other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment, if he- (a)had served in the Territorial army for a minimum period of two years, or (b) Has obtained a ‘B’ Certificate of National cadet Corps

6. Position: Assistant Professors in different specialities, (Backlog Selection)

8. Essential Qualifications:

a. Asst. Professor (community Medicine)M.D.(S.P.M.)/M.D.(Community Medicine) or an equivalent qualification recognized by Medical Council of India. Three years of teaching experience in the Subject in a recognized Medical College/University/Institution as resident/Registrar/ Demonstrator/Tutor as a postgraduate Student

b. Asst. Professor (General Medicine) (i) M.D.(Medicine)/ M.D.(General Medicine) or an equivalent qualification as recognised by Medical Council of India. Three years of teaching experience in the Subject in a recognized Medical College/University/Institution as resident/Registrar/ Demonstrator/Tutor as a postgraduate Student and in addition one year experience as Senior Resident in the concerned subject in a recognized Medical College/University/Institution.

c. (Radiodiagnosis): M.D. (Radiodiagnosis) /M.D. (Radiology)/M.S. (Radiology) or an equivalent qualification as recognised by Medical Council of India. Three years of teaching experience in the subject in a recognized Medical College/University/institution as Resident/Registrar/ Demonstrator/Tutor as a postgraduate student and in addition one year experience as Senior Resident in the concerned subject in a recognized Medical College/University/Institution.

d. General Surgery: M.S. (Surgery)/M.S. (General Surgery) or an equivalent qualification as recognised by Medical Council of India. Three years of teaching experience in the subject in a recognized Medical College/University/institution as Resident/Registrar/ Demonstrator/Tutor as a postgraduate student and in addition one year experience as Senior Resident in the concerned subject in a recognized Medical College /University/Institution.

e. Anesthesiology: M.D. (Anesthesiology) /M.S. (Anesthesiology) or an equivalent qualification as recognised by Medical Council of India. Three years of teaching experience in the subject in a recognized Medical College/University/institution as Resident/Registrar/ Demonstrator/Tutor as a postgraduate student and in addition one year experience as Senior Resident in the concerned subject in a recognized Medical College /University/Institution.

9. Position: Principal

10. No of Posts: 01

11. Essential Qualification: M.D./M.S. or an equivalent qualification recognized by Medical Council of India, Atleast 10 years Teaching experience as professor/ Associate Professor/Reader in a recognized Medical College/ Institution out of which atleast five years should be as professor in a department.

12. Preferential qualification:- Preference for these appointments may be given to the heads of the department in a medical college or as head in any Medical Institution

13. Position: Medical Officer (Allopath)

14. No of Posts: 03 (Three)

15. Qualification:
a. Essential- 1- M.B.B.S. degree from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized by Govt. as equivalent there to. Registration with the State Medical Council, Uttar Pradesh.

16. Position: Medical Officer (Allopath)

17. No of Posts: 256 (Two Hundred Fifty Six)

18. Qualification:- Essential- 1-M.B.B.S. degree from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized by Govt. as equivalent there to. Registration with the State Medical Council, Uttar Pradesh

19. Position: Joint Director

21. Pay Scale- Rs78800-209200/- Pay Matrix level-12,

22. Essential: A pass in the final examination of Associate Member of the Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India/ Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India/ Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India within 5 years of registration, with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Or A Master’s degree or its equivalent diploma (Minimum marks 50 percent) in Business Administration from a recognized University or Institute. Or A Master’s degree in Commerce, Economics Statistics or Public Administration (Minimum marks 50 percent) from a recognized University.

23. Position: Deputy Director

24. No of Posts: 01

25. Pay Scale- Rs67700-208700/- Pay Matrix level-11

26. Essential- Apass in the final examination of Associate Member of the Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India/ Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India/ Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India within 5 years of registration, with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Or A Master’s degree or its equivalent diploma (Minimum marks 50 percent) in Business Administration from a recognized University or Institute. Or A Master’s degree in Commerce, Economics statistics or public Administration (Minimum marks 50 percent) from a recognized University)

27. Experience: Knowledge of Modern Business Management Techniques and Practices Five years working experience on the post of Research Officer, or equivalent, in dealing with the problems of — Public/ Co-operative Sector/ Organizations like Development Authorities, etc., in the fields of Management/ Personnel Administration/ Organization/ Evaluation of Performance/ Financial Management. etc. Good Knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script.

28. Position: Assistant Planner

29. No of Posts: 08

30. Essential Qualification : Degree or post graduate diploma in Town and Country planning from a recognised institution or Associate membership of atleast one of the following institutions (A) Institute of town planners (India) American Institute of Town planners. Institute of town planners (London) or Equivalent qualification recognised by the institute of town planners, India, London, America as an equivalent to its membership.
