1. Position: Lead – International Business

2. Job Description: You will be responsible for the implementation of strategic international alliances for NPCI. You will also support the Manager in identifying, investigating and assessing growth opportunities for NPCI ranging from international expansion to strategic partnerships to product development.

3. Job Responsibilities:

a. Project Management Assist in preparing business requirement document to support all RuPay International product offerings Assist Lead in Portfolio/Project Management, Drafting of approval notes, presentations, communications to internal / external stakeholders as required, Tracking Project Milestones, Managing weekly presentations/trackers required to be shared with management or external parties, Setting SLA’s for internal stake holders and ensuring smooth Handover of the projects to operations team post Go-Live, Execution of priority initiatives by coordinating with relevant internal/external groups.

b. Business Planning & Development: Assist in negotiation, draft and close of complex, win-win partner agreements, Manage the day-to-day business relationships with existing strategic partners,Analysis/Insights, Assist in the analysis and opportunity sizing of new markets, Analyzing the legal, financial technical feasibility, Procure and manage outside knowledge on as needed basis.

c. Analysis/Insights: Assist in the analysis and opportunity sizing of new markets, Analyzing the legal, financial technical feasibility, Procure and manage outside knowledge on as needed basis.

4. Education & Experience: Graduate + MBA with 5 – 8 years’ experience in business development & relationship management.

5. Required Candidate profile: A self-starter with an ability to zoom-in to work in the details & manage at a high level simultaneously Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive A creative problem solver, with excellent analytical, judgment, negotiation & conflict resolution skills Proven track record of translating strategic thinking into action plans and results Excellent oral and written communication skills Passion for NPCIs products and mission Minimum 5 years of Consulting/Business Development experience in Cards/Payments/Banking/IT domain UG degree any specialization, MBA/PGDM is strongly preferred Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint etc.,
